Can I order multiple candles to go to different addresses with one order so I can receive the free shipping?
No. In order to receive the free shipping, an order of $35 or more of multiple items needs to go to the same address. If you are needing multiple items to go to different addresses, you will need to place a separate order per each address and will only qualify for free shipping on those orders of $35 or more.
Care instructions
I send a proper care instruction note with every candle that should answer most questions but if you have a question that is not covered, please message me and we can go over what is going on.
I make candles and melts from natural soy wax. You may notice some discoloration in some spots of your candle or wax melts, that is called frosting and is a characteristic of soy and that your candle is made from 100% soy wax with no additives. This frosting does not affect the proper burn or scent of the candle
Orders returned to sender
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If the order has been entered with an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional postage required to resend it.
The buyer is also responsible for postage to resend packages that have been returned to us for any other reason.
Tracking says delivered but I don't have my package
Lost or Undelivered:
If your order says delivered and it's not, please contact your local USPS. They will be able to do a GPS track to see where the package(s) were left.
Also, check with neighbors and other family members. They may have it.
